This event features over 300 vendors, perfect for all of your fall shopping needs, including tons of great food vendors offering sweet treats made with apples grown right in the Miami Valley. There will also be a full schedule of live entertainment across both days of the event, featuring talented, local bands and performers on stage.

• Fall Farm Fest – 2385 State Rte. 41, Troy, OH 45373
  This year marks the 16th annual edition of Troy's Fall Farm Fest, with two days of fall family fun at the beautiful, 456-acre Lost Creek Reserve, which is near many Troy homes for sale. This event features activities for all ages, including a corn maze, wagon rides, children's games, a corn cannon, and pony rides for the kids. Adults will love visiting the craft vendors, shopping for mums & pumpkins, and watching various farm-themed demonstrations, including how to make apple cider. Fall Farm Fest will take place on October 11-12, 2025, and admission is free for all ages.

• Hocus Pocus Family Fun Festival – Downtown Middletown, OH 45044
  Whether you're a fan of the film Hocus Pocus or you're simply looking for a spooky, family-friendly event just in time for Halloween, the Hocus Pocus Family Fun Festival is sure to have something for you. There's a full day of fun planned in downtown Middletown, including a costume contest, parade, tons of activities for kids, craft vendors, great food, live performers, and a screening of Hocus Pocus at Sorg Opera House. It all takes place on October 12, 2025, starting at 2:00 PM.
